Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to this cancellation policy.

Deposit:
Please note that 50% of the accommodation fee is payable within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation, the balance of the amount is due 7 days before arrival for non-holiday periods. For holiday periods and public holidays the full payment is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings without the required deposit will be cancelled within 48 hours.

Refunds:
Being an outdoor location, cancellations due to bad weather will not be refunded, however, a re-booking at a future date within the same financial year will be allowed. A re-booking will be allowed once only. A no-show by the customer will only be considered due to death or hospitalisation. Refunds will only be considered due to death or hospitalisation and only after submission of proof of the incident.

Notice Period:
A cancellation amount will be calculated by having regard to the nature of the booking, notice period of cancellation and reasonable potential to find alternative customers. Having regard to the aforementioned factors, the following percentages of the deposit amount may be forfeited by the customer due to a cancellation after receipt of deposit.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of payment.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of payment.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of payment.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of payment.
