The committee is comprised of seven members together with a Club President that are responsible for the overall management of Quaggaskloof from a year-to-year perspective.

The president is elected for a minimum term of two years and helps to maintain continuity between committees.

Day to day management of the club is performed by the Club Manager who is assisted by a team of permanent staff members.
